Khao Chong, ThailandThe plot at Khao Chong is the latest addition to the Asia site network. Located in the Trang Province of peninsular Thailand, the Khao Chong FDP is the result of a collaboration between the Royal Thai Forest Department, CTFS-AA, and the National Institute for Environmental Studies (NIES), with sponsorship from the NSF, NIES and the Conservation, Food and Health Foundation. Establishment of a 16 ha plot was completed in 2001. Currently, the plot is being expanded to 25 ha.
